I love champagne, obviously.
I’d have to thank my mom for introducing me to one of the greatest beverages in the world. She would buy Moet & Chandon for Christmas every year, until she discovered Veuve Clicquot, and then my life was really changed forever. I love champagne so much, it’s become part of my damn brand. I mean. Yeah, I love it that much.
The biggest misconception of champagne is that it’s a drink for celebrations. While a celebration is definitely a great time to pop the champagne, I really believe you can drink champagne on any occasion. And here’s where Bubble Bar steps in.
Located at the iconic Rainbow Room, Bubble Bar is a champagne pop up bar with amazing selections, delicious bites, and unbelievable views. My sister, Allie, and I headed to Bubble Bar on a Monday evening, and we had a few hours of sunlight…as well as golden hour *insert heart eye emojis*.
My sister and I never need a reason to drink champagne, so to say we were excited is an understatement. We had the best evening at Bubble Bar: from trying a bunch of different appetizers (the oysters and sushi rolls were my favorite), to drinking some of the best champagne cocktails, and stepping outside to take in the views of my incredible city, we had a great time. Tonight is the last night of the pop up, so I highly recommend calling to reserve a table if you’re in NYC! Not a bad way to start off the week, huh? Because let’s be honest, do I really need to give you a reason to drink champagne on a Monday?
